Enjoy surgery and supporting other vets? Join our small team at PDSA Margate in a hands-on clinical role where you can help shape the care we provide.
You’ll work with a surgically biased caseload, using a practical, evidence-based approach to find the best plan for each pet and owner. Alongside your clinical work, you’ll guide and develop the Veterinary Surgeon team, share your skills and help maintain clinical standards across the hospital.
This could suit an established lead vet or an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to develop their leadership skills. You’ll need to have been qualified for more than three years and be confident working with colleagues and clients.

Salary & Allowances: £60,842 - £68,901 in base salary plus £5,530 in allowances.
