About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape change across PDSA at a pivotal point in our journey. As our Head of Change, you'll establish and lead a high-performing change function, ensuring our programmes, projects and transformation initiatives are aligned to our organisational strategy and deliver meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Resources, you'll work closely with Executive and Senior Leaders to prioritise investment, provide strategic oversight and build the governance, frameworks and capability needed to successfully deliver change across the organisation.
You'll play a key role in helping PDSA evolve, ensuring we're well placed to support more pets and people for generations to come.
Location: Hybrid – with flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to our Head Office in Telford and other PDSA locations as required.
What You'll Be Doing

About You
You'll be an experienced strategic change leader with a proven track record of delivering complex organisational transformation.
You'll bring:
Professional qualifications such as MSP, PRINCE2 or PMP would be advantageous, as would experience within the charity, healthcare or veterinary sectors.
