About you
We are looking for an Out of Hours Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a busy emergency hospital setting and enjoys managing urgent and critical cases. You'll be confident making clinical decisions under pressure, providing high-quality emergency care, and supporting pets and owners when they need it most.
To be successful, you'll:
• Be MRCVS registered.
• Have experience delivering high-quality emergency patient and client care.
• Be confident assessing and managing emergency and critical care cases independently.
• Take a pragmatic, welfare-focused approach to clinical decision-making.
• Remain calm and confident working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Be computer literate and comfortable using clinical systems.
• Be comfortable utilising ultrasound, radiography, multi parameter machine.
Working Pattern
33.41 average per week
Week 1 - Monday-Sunday 19:45-08:15. Awake shift.
